Men's Steps

(The woman is in standard dance position in front of the man)
1.   Large step forward with the LF.
2.   Small step forward with the RF and make a 1/8 turn left.
3.   Small step forward with the LF so that the left heel is next to right toe. (The woman is on the right side of the man facing the opposite direction)
4.   Large step forward with the RF.
5.   Small step forward with the LF and make a 1/4 turn right.
6.   Small step forward with the RF. (The woman is on the left side of the man facing the opposite direction)
7.   Large step forward with the LF.
8.   Small step forward with the RF and make a 1/4 turn left.
9.   Small step forward with the LF. (The woman is on the right side of the man facing the opposite direction)
10.   Large step forward with the RF.
11.   Small step forward with the LF and make a 1/4 turn right.
12.   Small step forward with the RF. (The woman is on the left side of the man facing the opposite direction)
13.   Large step forward with the LF toward the left corner of the room around the back of the woman.
14.   Small step forward with the RF toward the corner of the room and make a 1/2 turn left.
15.   Bring LF to RF. (The woman is in front of the man)
16.   Large step back with the RF.
17.   Small step back with the LF and make a 1/4 turn to the left.
18.   Bring the RF to the LF.
19.   Large step forward with the LF.
20.   Small step forward with the RF and make a 1/4 turn to the left.
21.   Bring the LF to the RF. 
22.   Large step back with the RF.
23.   Small step back with the LF and make a 1/4 turn to the left.
24.   Bring the RF to the LF.

 

Women's Steps

(The man is in standard dance position in front of the woman )
1.   Large step back with the RF.
2.   Small step back with the LF and make a 1/8 turn left.
3.   Small step back with the RF so that the right toe is next to left heel. (The man is on the right side of the woman facing the opposite direction)
4.   Large step back with the LF.
5.   Small step back with the RF and make a 1/4 turn right.
6.   Small step back with the LF. (The man is on the left side of the woman facing the opposite direction)
7.   Large step back with the RF.
8.   Small step back with the LF and make a 1/4 turn left.
9.   Small step back with the RF. (The man is on the right side of the woman facing the opposite direction)
10.   Large step back with the LF.
11.   Small step back with the RF and make a 1/4 turn right.
12.   Small step back with the LF. (The man is on the left side of the woman facing the opposite direction)
13.   Large step back with the RF.
14.   Small step back with the LF and make a 1/2 turn left.
15.   Bring RF to LF. (The man is in front of the woman)
16.   Large step forward with the LF.
17.   Small step forward with the RF and make a 1/4 turn to the left.
18.   Bring the LF to the RF. 
19.   Large step back with the RF.
20.   Small step back with the LF and make a 1/4 turn to the left.
21.   Bring the RF to the LF.
22.   Large step forward with the LF.
23.   Small step forward with the RF and make a 1/4 turn to the left.
24.   Bring the LF to the RF.
